The Fargo Moorhead Community is celebrating Manufacturing Day on October 2^nd with several manufacturers by hosting student from the surrounding high schools for tours of the manufacturers.  Tours are from 8:40am to 1:50pm. 

The manufactures providing tours are Cat Reman, Integrity Windows and Doors, Trail King, John Deere Electronic Solutions, Appareo, and Aldevron.        

Cat Reman has more than 300 employees at their West Fargo location, taking end-of-life components and remanufacturing them so they are in “same-as-when-new” condition. Transmission and torque converter assemblies weighting up to 33,000 pounds are shipped outside of the U.S. to mining machines across the world. 

Integrity Windows and Doors is one of the Marvin Family Brands, manufacturing windows and doors from a patented pultruded fiberglass which outperforms and outlasts vinyl, roll-form aluminum, and other fiberglass composites.    

Trail King is a leader in the manufacturing of agricultural, commercial, construction, material hauling, and specialized hauling equipment. They have dealers located across the U.S. and Canada. 

John Deere Electronic Solutions has 4 locations in Fargo, manufacturing electronic controls, power electronics, displays and sensor products for the agricultural, dairy, and construction industries. 

Appareo is a recognized leader in the custom design, development, and manufacture of innovative electronic and software solutions for original equipment manufacturers, as well as direct-to-market consumer projects.  The industries they serve include aerospace, agriculture, aviation, defense, and transportation.

Aldevron specializes in plasmid DNA and protein technologies, antibody technologies, and custom services in the U.S. and Europe, serving clients from across the world.
