Cindy is the VP, HR & Corporate Services for Harvestone Low Caron Partners (HLCP). Cindy started with the company in 2011 as the solo HR member who was responsible for building the HR team, processes, and procedures. Today Cindy has a team of 7, which includes herself. They play a critical role in supporting the organization across multiple functions. Their core responsibilities include human resources operations such as compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and development, payroll administration, and employee engagement. Additionally, they oversee information technology, public relations, and community relations.

Over the past 5 years Cindy has been a member of the ND Workforce Development Council serving as a member at large, on administrative and executive committees and is currently serving as Chair. She also resides on the National Governor’s Association Chair’s Administrative Board, Secretary for her high school alumni, local parish finance council and serves as a volunteer for other school related clubs and activities. She has B.S from NDSU in Business Administration and currently holds PHR and SHRM-CP certification in her field.
