Elinor Coatings

Holly Anderson is Co-founder and CEO of Elinor Coatings, a materials and corrosion research lab in Fargo, ND, that develops and manufactures protective specialty coatings for industry and Department of Defense applications. Although heavily involved in the aerospace industry, Elinor also provides solutions for protecting ground vehicles, heavy equipment, maritime vessels and architectural metals with non-toxic and novel technologies. In addition to her involvement in expanding North Dakota’s aerospace and manufacturing sectors, she is also interested in rural development, with particular interest in value-added organic farming and permaculture.

Born and raised on a farm in western Minnesota, she graduated from Concordia College with degrees in Spanish and Russian Studies and attended graduate school at NDSU in communications. She serves on the board of the Greater Fargo-Moorhead Economic Development Corporation and is a member of the NDIA Northern Tier Chapter. Holly is an active member of Rotary and a trained global response volunteer for ShelterBox, a disaster relief organization.
