Terry started his career working for White Drug Enterprises, Inc. out of their headquarters in Jamestown, North Dakota. Terry held various positions of increasing responsibilities the last of which was Director of Warehouse Operations. In that position, Terry managed a team of 15-25 individuals, depending on the season being supported, and also that maintained a daily general and pharmaceutical inventory, inclusive of procurement scheduling, accounts payable and seasonal inventory that supported weekly deliveries to 35 stores in five states. In addition, Terry lead an effort to transform White Drug’s existing transportation fleet from one of internal support deliveries to that of a “for hire/for profit” intrastate motor carrier inclusive of P&L responsibilities.

Terry’s tenure with Collins Aerospace spanned 34 years and included duties that supported production, Contract(s) Administration and Business Development/Program Management.

In his role as Contract Administrator, Terry lead customer facing, negotiations and negotiation teams pertaining to terms & conditions (T&C’s) and price as well as working with internal support functions (procurement, production, quality, finance) to ensure all obligations – both internal and external were met. As Program Management/Business Development Terry’s focus was to nurture and identify business opportunities that complimented and supported Collin’s strategic plan objectives while also meeting the needs of the Customer. In this position, Terry continued to maintain the responsibilities and execution of all segments of production as previously identified and including sole responsibility for Customer interface. Terry contributes Team dynamics, defined processes and goals, and structured multi-tiered communications as the necessary ingredients to foster an effective and successful team. By utilizing these ingredients, the Collins A380 Lower Deck Cargo Loading System (LDCLS) team accomplished a internationally recognized ten year 100% quality/on-time deliver record to Airbus in Hamburg, Germany.

Terry resides in Adrian, ND with his wife – Marna; has two grown children and has attended Valley City State University (VCSU) and the University of Jamestown (UJ) studying Business Administration/Management.
