Developing an Effective Job Instruction User Group

09/09/2014 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM Central
Video Conference

We have helped many companies in this region get started with the global best practice of Job Instruction.  Job Instruction trains anyone responsible for developing others - in how to provide instruction on the most effective way to do a job – successfully, correctly, consistently and safely.

Effective Job Instruction helps companies increase productivity, increase employee retention; improve the quality of work; and decrease training time.  It is vital to the attraction, development and retention of the talent needed to help companies grow.

To help companies build their competencies and sustain Effective Job Instruction, we are providing the opportunities and supports described on the enclosure.

One of these opportunities is an Effective Job Instruction User Group – it was requested by companies using Effective Job Instruction, and is described on the bottom of the back page.  As this User Group will be led by the members of the group, we want your input into its design.  We will host a meeting to discuss the User Group and seek your ideas.  You may attend the 90 minute meeting either in person, or via video from your local ND Job Service office:

  • September 9, 2014, 9-10:30am CST at the ND Job Service Office, 1350 32nd Street South, Fargo
