"World Class" is best defined as the goods, services, and processes that are ranked by customers and industry experts to be among the best of the best. This designation denotes standard-setting excellence in terms of design, performance, quality, and customer satisfaction and value when compared with all similar items from anywhere in the world.
It is, or should be, the vision of every organization to become world class. Our vision at Impact Dakota is to assist each organization in achieving that vision. It is therefore our responsibility to synthesize information from the thousands of sources of best practices, and combined with real-world experience and observation, filter and extract the attributes common to all world class organizations.
In this workshop we will present and explore these attributes and the associated principles to guide each organization in their journey.
Cost is $50/attendee - Includes continental breakfast.
You won't want to miss out on this opportunity!
