High Performance Learning Networks Planning Meeting

05/16/2012 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM Central
Fargo, ND

Also known as high performance learning consortiums, these are structured groups of non-competing companies who come together with a commitment to achieving world-class levels of performance through continuous improvement, innovation and people development.

The planning meeting, "Leveraging to Compete and Win", will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2012, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Microsoft Executive Briefing Center, 4550 42nd Street South, in Fargo. Lunch will be available to those who are able to stay through 1:00. This meeting and lunch are being provided at no cost to your company.

To assist us, Dave Hogg, Director of Consortium Development from High Performance Solutions (HPS) in Kitchener, Ontario, will join us. Dave founded HPS in 1990 - the first high performance consortium model to be replicated. In 1998, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan Management Review published a key study of this network. Based on that success, Dave has helped develop 40 active and effective consortia in Canada and in the United States, and two in Australia.
