The NDSU Research & Technology Park, the NDSU Research Foundation and the NDSU Office of Research & Creative Activity present an opportunity to learn more about intellectual property (IP) and technology transfer from NDSU's leading experts.

The goal of the conference is to present private-sector companies, students and faculty with information on the IP process as well as how to partner with the university on tech transfer and research.

Presenters will go in depth on IP basics, the tech transfer process, inventorship, research, the differences between existing and newly developed IP, IP ownership, confidentiality, business/university interaction and agreements, a start-to-finish licensing case study and more.
