ISO 9001 is Quality Management System that many businesses use as the foundation upon which they add their unique industry requirements. Many firms are already ISO Certified, and many more will need to become certified as their customers request it from them.

ISO 9001 is subject to periodic review (every 5 years). The current revision is significant, and all existing and new ISO Certified companies, in all industries, will need to move to this new standard. The 2015 revision of ISO 9001 represents a major shift in both format and content.

During this workshop you will hear from two ISO 9001 auditors and coaches. They will share their knowledge, advice and implementation techniques regarding the essential changes in the 2015 revision of ISO 9001 standard. You will come away from this workshop with an improved understanding of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and implementation methods which will help you use the standard to greater benefit your organization.

- The challenge of demonstrating leadership and commitment to your auditor

- Understand expanded purchasing requirements

- Objectives: new requirements

- External  and internal issues, and requirements of interested parties: how to analyze and use them.
