We now have five generations in the workplace and every generation has unique traits that they bring to work. In order to get along, be productive and manage conflict effectively, we need to respect and understand all the generations we spend time with at work. During this session you will learn how to focus on the customer, characteristics of each generation and how to work together and learn from each other.

Learning Objectives:

• Be able to identify the five generations and characteristics of each
• Identify ways to improve working relations with each generation
• Understand the relationship to workforce diversity
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with other generations
