An effective leader embodies a foundation of core values, demonstrates key leadership behaviors, and expertly applies well-honed skills. During the Lean + Leadership for Supervisors training, you’ll be exploring your leadership values, behaviors, and skills. Everything covered in our sessions is designed to be relevant to your work so you’ll realize results in your current leadership role when living out the experience.

The results you realize will be directly related to your involvement in each session, how you apply learning between sessions, your investment in the coaching process, and the time you devote to focusing on your professional growth.

Driving Continuous Improvement Through Leadership
Lean + Leadership for Supervisors is the key to developing new leaders and optimizing operations. The training focuses on manufacturing content and leadership strategies to help participants improve performance and lead effectively.

Program Components:
The program will follow a Training Matrix which will summarize your personal learning and skill-building goals as well as your progress in reaching these goals.

14-Day Action Plans will be completed at the end of each session. These plans will include specific ways to implement one or two key skills you’ve learned back at your work.

Every session will begin with Results Reporting. Each person will share results from the previous session’s action plan implementation.

One of the most important skills for Lean + Leadership is translating plans into action upheld by Outside Accountability. You will need to schedule time for coaching and accountability with your sensei between sessions.

Learning takes place when we solve real-time situations. There will be three Peer Group Sessions where each participant will present an opportunity or a problem and the group will coach to a solution, feedback, or suggestions.

To put your learning into practice, you will determine a Course-Long Project that will be implemented throughout the program. During the last session, you will have the opportunity to present your project, the actions you took, and results.
