Principles of Lean Enterprise Workshop

Lean Enterprise is a systematic approach to identify and eliminate waste through continuous improvement techniques. This workshop is for Plant Managers, Production Managers, Process Engineers, Supervisors, Manufacturing Engineers and anyone else dedicated to continuous improvement.

Recognized nationally for their efforts in Lean Enterprise, the Dakota MEP staff was awarded MEP Practitioner of the Year, for their successful pilot of the Lean Enterprise Certification Program. We encourage you to take advantage of a local opportunity to learn from the best in the nation.

Lean Manufacturing principles train your people to capitalize on process improvements, cost reduction, planning and scheduling, and quality control issues. You will gain hands-on experience through a manufacturing simulation which validates Lean Manufacturing Principles, including:
