Phil Lea's primary responsibilities include business development and working with portfolio companies to achieve their goals. Prior to joining LongWater, Phil worked in the Strategic Business Development group at 3M, a $30 billion manufacturing company based in St Paul, MN. During his time at 3M, he had a wide range of strategy, marketing, and business development responsibilities.
