GNDC AND IMPACT DAKOTA CELEBRATE MANUFACTURING WORKFORCE WITH 2025 FACES OF MANUFACTURING LIST
[BISMARCK]—
The Greater North Dakota Chamber (GNDC) and Impact Dakota are thrilled to unveil the 2025 list of Faces of Manufacturing in North Dakota. This collaboration aims to highlight the dynamic and evolving workforce in the manufacturing industry, which continues to advance with technological innovations and increasing demand.
“We’re proud to continue this tradition of recognizing the individuals who power North Dakota’s manufacturing sector,” shared Arik Spencer, GNDC President and CEO. “Manufacturing remains a cornerstone of our economy—driven by innovation, resilience, and skilled talent. As we spotlight this year’s honorees, we also celebrate the expanding opportunities this industry offers for today’s workforce and for generations to come.”
The Faces of Manufacturing list features 10 individuals. These honorees represent all levels of manufacturing. They come from across the state and have diverse backgrounds, skillsets, and responsibilities within their industry and organizations.
“Manufacturing is the backbone of North Dakota’s economy and communities. Every manufacturer plays a vital role—providing high-quality careers for our families, friends, and neighbors, and producing the essential goods we rely on daily,” Jodie Mjoen, CEO/President, Impact Dakota stated. “With more than 28,000 manufacturing professionals across the state, their dedication resonates far beyond our borders.”
GNDC and Impact Dakota will celebrate these individuals with weekly spotlights culminating with a luncheon celebration and executive branch meet and greet, on October 10, 2025 – just after National Manufacturing Day. With the support of the effort’s premier sponsor, the North Dakota Department of Commerce, GNDC and Impact Dakota are pleased to announce the 2025 Faces of Manufacturing.
