Leader Standard Work

Session Description:
Many organizations in the Lean Enterprise World have created Standard Work for workers to assure consistency in quality, delivery and cost. Others have implemented Leader Standard work for the same purpose in leadership. In this four hour session you will learn how organizations are able to sustain their lean initiatives and apply Leader Standard work for consistency in the leadership process and support the Key Performance Indicators at every level in the organization.

Learning Objectives:

• Understand what Standard Work is and it’s components
• Learn the value of management commitment and dedicated, well trained employees
• Develop goals to support lean behaviors
• Establish a lean management system
• Create and apply leader standard work
• Develop an implementation plan for your own Leader Standard Work and apply it
