Transformational Leadership

Session Description:
As leaders we need to be able to build an effective team, connect with people at a personal level and be able to maximize peoples’ potential. In this four hour session you will learn how to make people all that they can be and boost you to the next highest level while supporting your people to grow to the next highest level of their careers.
