Lean Enterprise Transformation Program (LETP)
Lean Enterprise
Transformation Program (LETP)
Organizations of all types and sizes have been introduced to the lean concepts from a dizzying number of sources.
Becoming a true lean enterprise has been achieved by less than five percent of those organizations, but more importantly, has been achieved by an elite group of organizations. The “inconvenient truth” is that there is no single roadmap for achieving the organizational excellence that is defined by the lean enterprise. The goal of this course is to provide the base framework and methodology to achieve the sustainable lean enterprise level and provide each organization with its own unique roadmap to execute. In other words, it is the development of the business model that defines your organization’s DNA.
